We’re here to match you with a family whose schedule, values, and needs align perfectly with yours, ensuring a harmonious and fulfilling placement.

Placement Types

We offer babysitting opportunities to suit various schedules and commitments:

Short-Term Placements
Ideal for sitters available for holidays, vacations, or temporary help lasting up to one month.
Seasonal Placements
Perfect for sitters looking to work during a specific season, such as summer or the school year, typically lasting 1 to 2 months.
Long-Term Placements
Designed for sitters seeking more stability, with placements ranging from 3 to 12+ months.

Our Process for Sitters:

Application Submission

Complete our application, which includes a detailed questionnaire, resume, and photo. There are no upfront application fees. A one-time fee of $10 is required when submitting your application.
Two-Round Interview Process

Participate in two rounds of interviews with our founders to assess your qualifications, experience, and compatibility.
Reference Checks

We thoroughly verify your credentials through reference checks with previous or current caregiving employers.
Matching Process

If selected, we’ll begin matching you with families whose needs align with your strengths and preferences.
Background Check

A comprehensive background check is required before your profile can be shared with families. At this stage, the $65 fee, which covers the cost of the background check, will be required.
Interviews & Agreement

Once connected, you’ll interview with the family. If both parties agree, we’ll draft a tailored contract to reflect specific needs and expectations.
Contract Finalization

After finalizing and signing the contract, all terms are confirmed, and your placement is set.
Ongoing Support

We’re here to support you every step of the way, checking in before and throughout the placement to ensure a positive experience.
