Through our own personal experience, we have an extensive network of babysitters and families that we have been able to tap into. We will travel to universities and recruit candidates who have a longstanding interest in children and elevated experience with babysitting. Finally, we use social media to reach the amazing sitters that we otherwise might not have been able to meet.
what duties do sitters perform outside of childcare?
Your sitter is responsible for lending a hand in most tasks involving the children. Light cooking, tidying up play areas and bedroom(s), helping with children’s laundry, helping run children to and from activities, etc. Every family is different so the responsibilities will vary.
